Our neighborhood is surrounded by nature and the people are friendly within the community. Tiriji Eco-Center is known as an organic food forest and a place where transformational programs are hosted at specific times of the year. We welcome our guests to learn different things as they experience the beauty and serenity of the space. 

We live in a high altitude environment. The weather is always slightly humid and cool during the night. Meru is a malaria free zone. Our property is in an Eco-Center setup with permaculture farm design, we offer experiences for the farm, animals (milking a cow, feeding the fish and chickens), Leadership training experiences in certain months, and construction (when we have one ongoing). We also have a different property (400m away) set up for a children's home, where we give experience for interacting with the kids, having a cooking experience, tailoring experience, hairdressing experience, massage experience, and experience on jewelry making from experts in this areas.
